Its 2.8-inch 132 × 64-pixel backlit graphical LCD provides clear call and system information, while two SIP accounts support flexible business communication. The phone also offers three-way conferencing, call hold, transfer, forwarding, voicemail, SMS, DND, and auto-answer.

For connectivity and audio quality, the XN102 features HD voice, dual 10/100M Ethernet ports, PoE support, and an RJ9 headset interface. It also supports XML/LDAP phonebooks, BLF, IP-PBX integration, and auto-provisioning.

With desktop and wall-mount installation, the XN102 is well suited for SMEs, home offices, and ISP applications, providing a reliable communication solution for modern workplaces.
