The phone supports essential features such as call hold, call waiting, call forwarding, call transfer, caller ID, redial, mute, DND, auto answer, speed dial, voicemail, and three-way conferencing. It also supports enterprise phonebooks, customizable DSS keys, and integration with compatible IP PBX systems.

With PoE support, PC USB audio, Teams/Zoom compatibility, and desktop or wall-mount deployment, the XN103 is designed to fit seamlessly into offices, reception areas, customer service environments, call centres, and enterprise communication setups.
