The UCM300U-4E1 XNTEL helps carriers and service providers to optimize the value of their networks and services by connecting and delivering large-scale services more effectively. To enable the smooth delivery of services, the SMG3000 transforms digital PSTN messages into IP formats and connects and secures sessions across IP and mixed network boundaries.
In a small 1U form size device, the UCM300U-4E1 joins IP and hybrid networks via telephony and E1 (T1 or STM-1)/Ethernet connectivity. For mobile, fixed, and cloud-based applications, it also converts media and signaling to enable dependable and effective voice, fax, and multimedia sessions. In comparison to less integrated options, the SMG's integration of IP multimedia and TDM gateway functions into a single chassis delivers notable cost and investment savings.
UCM300U inbuilt call classification/analytics is vital for hi-density OBD applications, including predictive dialing, dialer, telemarketing and more. It helps minimize dialing cost and maximize value of dialing (human and network) resources.
