The UCM300U-E1 allows carriers and service providers to optimize the value of their networks and services by connecting and delivering large-scale services more effectively. To facilitate the smooth delivery of services, the UCM300U-E1 transforms digital PSTN messages into IP formats and connects and secures sessions across IP and mixed network boundaries.
The UCM300U is a small 1U form factor device that connects IP and hybrid networks via telephony and E1 (T1 or STM-1) /Ethernet interfaces. Additionally, it converts signaling and media to facilitate reliable and effective phone, fax, and multimedia sessions for fixed, mobile, and cloud-based applications. When compared to less integrated options, the SMG's integration of IP multimedia and TDM gateway functions into a single chassis offers notable savings in both investment and operating costs.
UCM300U inbuilt call classification/analytics is vital for hi-density OBD applications, including predictive dialing, dialer, telemarketing and more. It helps minimize dialing cost and maximize value of dialing (human and network) resources.
