The Aegis XNTEL UC500 helps service providers and carriers to maximise the value of their networks and services by enabling more effective interconnection and large-scalability service delivery. The UC500 transforms digital PSTN messages into IP formats, establishes connections, and secures sessions over IP and mixed network boundaries to ensure seamless service delivery.
The UC500 is an IP PBX device designed to provide enterprise-grade unified communications and security protection to all levels of organization at an unrivaled price point, with no licensing fees, cost-per-feature, or recurring expenses. The UC500 unifies many communication technologies, including voice, fax, calling, conferencing, video/audio surveillance, data tools, security surveillance, mobility, and facility access control, into a centralized network.
With an advanced hardware platform and excellent software functionalities, the UC500 can accommodate up to 500 registered users and provides simple setup and deployment via a web-browser user interface. In addition to auto-discovery and auto-provisioning, the UC500 series includes customizable call routing, multi-level IVRs, auto-attendant, call queues, call detail records (CDR), multi-site peering, voicemail/fax forwarding to email, and more.
